How is pricing calculated?+
By volume — how much of the truck your load fills, quoted before we lift anything. Labor, loading, disposal and sweep-up are included. Heavy material (concrete, dirt, brick) may be priced by weight instead; we’ll tell you up front.
How fast can you get here?+
Next-day arrival is guaranteed everywhere we serve; same-day is usually available if you call before 10 AM. Trucks are staged on both sides of the Bay Bridge, so the Eastern Shore gets the same windows as the Beltway.
Do I need to be there?+
Not necessarily. For curbside or exterior pickups, point us at it by photo and we’ll handle it and send before/after shots. For interior work, someone needs to let us in — you, a tenant, or a lockbox code.
Truck crew or roll-off dumpster — which do I need?+
If the junk is ready to go today, a crew is faster and you don’t lift a finger. If you’re producing debris over days or weeks — a renovation, or a big cleanout at your own pace — a roll-off makes more sense. Text photos and we’ll tell you straight, or compare roll-off sizes.
What can’t you take?+
Hazardous materials: paint, solvents, chemicals, asbestos, gasoline, propane tanks, medical waste, ammunition. Full list here — everything else rides.
Where does my junk actually go?+
Recycling first, landfill last. Metal, cardboard, electronics, mattresses and clean debris get pulled and processed, and only the remainder is disposed of. More on where it goes.
How does the $10 online discount work?+
Complete the three-step online quote and $10 comes off your final invoice automatically. One discount per job; it can’t be combined with the price-beat promise.
Do you offer contractor / property-manager accounts?+
Yes — net-30 billing, standing swap schedules, a dedicated dispatch line, and photo-documented turnovers. Contact us to open an account.
Are you licensed and insured?+
Fully — licensed, bonded and insured in Maryland, Virginia, DC and Delaware. Certificates of insurance are available on request for commercial properties.
What if it rains, or I need to reschedule?+
We work in most weather. Reschedule or cancel free of charge up to two hours before your window — just call or text.
